Are You a Caregiver?
A caregiver is anyone who helps others.
Responsibilities of caregivers vary from general oversight to direct care. Areas of need of the person receiving care vary as well.
We often think about caregivers as people who assist the young, the ill and the aged. Yet, caregivers in our lives are also our mentors, people who help and assist, who teach life skills, or provide us with tools for inspiration and motivation.
The ‘title’ of a caregiver might be professional (through an agency), a volunteer, a family member, or a friend. All are giving of themselves to help others.
I help caregivers release the self-sacrifice paradigm and live a balanced and joyful life.
Here’s what I have learned in my two decades of practice: Caregivers tend to be molded into a box of “self-sacrifice”. This tendency often keeps Caregivers in a cycle of servitude, lacking balance and sadly - Joy.
The tools I have developed help Caregivers intentionally find balance between self-care and caregiving, which leads to a more sustainable and joyful Caregiving practice.

- Life Purpose
Would you like to discover the steppingstones leading you to your life purpose? This process will explore life purpose, goals, and mindset.
- Happiness
Would you like to unlock the essential key for the pursuit of joy success in your life? This process will explore motivation, balance, and mindset.

What to Expect
One of the most common questions I receive is in regard to my coaching style.
"You have experience and over four years of certifications but what is your style of coaching?" How would I know if we are a good fit?
That is a good question! I have four pillars to my coaching foundation. Confidentiality - Incremental Entrance - Open Communication - Personalized Process
1. Confidentiality is priority in my work and in my life. This may be one of the major factors in the years people have gravitated toward me and volunteered me for coaching them and others. They would often not even realize what was happening until they got to the part where they would say "I have no idea why I told you all of this. I don't usually tell anyone!"
2. Incremental Entrance is a requirement to enter into coaching with me. I do not sign you up (or pressure you to sign up) for a year of coaching until we have incrementally worked in the shorter term processes. For example: We can work on one of the three focus areas (for 4-8 weeks). Then, look at the others to build upon the work. Typically the core processes are six months (email, calls, and assignments). The advanced coaching is personalized (EXCLUSIVELY FOR Core Process SCO Completed Clients) and varies in intensity, duration, and delivery.
3. Open Communication is key for any coaching partnership. Anything other than that and we are both waiting time we could be spending on other activities and other clients.
4. Personalized Process is an intuitive path finding. Typically this will be an option after the Core Process is completed. However, there are times when a personalization is warranted and these adjustments to coaching are ALWAYS client activated/driven. I express this as I remember when I didn't mention that part and someone thought I would be telling them to do things (which is far from the truth).
